    Робота складається із вступу, трьох розділів, висновку, списку літератури та додатків. У вступі аргументовано актуальність теми, висвітлено мету, головні завдання, окреслено практичне значення наведених у роботі пропозицій. У першому розділі описано теоретичну основу визначення головних понять та функціонування системи управління персоналом. У другому розділі проаналізовано стан системи управління персоналом, фінансового стану компанії та визначено головну проблему. Третій розділ містить опис запропонованого комплексу заходів для вирішення головної проблеми в компанії Висновок містить загальну інформацію про дослідження системи управління персоналом та її адаптації до умов воєнного стану. The work consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and appendices. The introduction argues the relevance of the topic, highlights the purpose, main tasks, outlines the practical significance of the proposals presented in the work. The first section describes the theoretical basis for defining the main concepts in the work and functioning of the personnel management system. The second section analyzes the state of the personnel management system, the financial condition of the company and identifies the main problem. The third section contains a description of the proposed set of measures to solve the main problem in the company. The conclusion contains general information about the study of the personnel management system and its adaptation to the conditions of martial law.
