На основі аналізу емпіричних даних встановлено, що, незважаючи на значний рівень впровадження ІКТ, очікуване зростання продуктивності залишається недосягнутим у більшості агропідприємств. Визначено ключові організаційні та стратегічні бар'єри й запропоновано концепцію інтелектуалізації управління виробничим потенціалом як системний підхід до їх подолання. The paper examines the digital productivity paradox in the context of Ukrainian agricultural entrepreneurship. Based on empirical data analysis, it is established that despite significant ICT adoption levels, expected productivity gains remain unrealized in most agricultural enterprises. Key organizational and strategic barriers are identified, and a concept of management intellectualization of production potential is proposed as a systemic approach to overcoming them.Item Концептуальні підходи до формування інноваційної моделі розвитку аграрних підприємств в умовах сталості(Хмельницький національний університет, 2025) Садовник, Олександр Володимирович; Sadovnyk, Oleksandr; Востряков, Олександр Володимирович; Vostriakov, Oleksandr; Скічко, Олексій Олексійович; Skichko, OleksiiУ статті розглянуто концептуальні підходи до формування інноваційної моделі розвитку аграрних підприємств в умовах посилення глобальних трансформацій, цифровізації та кліматичних викликів. Обґрунтовано актуальність переходу аграрного сектору України до моделі сталого розвитку, що поєднує економічну ефективність, соціальну відповідальність та екологічну збалансованість. Визначено ключові проблеми галузі, серед яких деградація ґрунтів, нестабільність ринків, обмеженість ресурсів, зростання вимог до екологічності виробництва та недостатній рівень розвитку інноваційної інфраструктури. Запропоновано інтегровану науково-практичну модель інноваційного розвитку аграрних підприємств, яка ґрунтується на поєднанні системного, екосистемного, механізмового та модельного підходів. Розкрито зміст ключових компонентів моделі — технологічного, організаційного, економічного, соціального та екологічного — та охарактеризовано їх вплив на довгострокову стійкість підприємств. Показано роль організаційно-економічного механізму, що забезпечує узгодженість між стратегічними цілями сталого розвитку, ресурсним потенціалом та управлінськими рішеннями. Особливу увагу приділено значенню цифровізації, розвитку людського капіталу, формуванню інноваційної культури, взаємодії науки, бізнесу та держави, а також інтеграції українських аграрних підприємств до європейського економічного простору відповідно до вимог Green Deal. Доведено, що впровадження запропонованої моделі сприяє підвищенню інноваційної активності, конкурентоспроможності та екологічної стійкості аграрних підприємств, створюючи передумови для їхнього довготривалого збалансованого розвитку та зміцнення продовольчої безпеки країни. The article examines conceptual approaches to forming an innovative model for the development of agricultural enterprises under conditions of growing global transformations, digitalisation, and climate-related challenges. The relevance of transitioning Ukraine’s agricultural sector to a sustainable development model integrating economic efficiency, social responsibility, and environmental balance is substantiated. Key sectoral challenges are identified, including soil degradation, market volatility, resource constraints, increasing environmental requirements, and insufficient development of innovation infrastructure. An integrated scientific-practical model of innovative development is proposed, based on the combination of systemic, ecosystem, mechanism-based and model-based approaches. The content of the model’s technological, organisational, economic, social and environmental components is revealed, along with their contribution to strengthening long-term enterprise resilience. The organisational-economic mechanism ensuring alignment between sustainability goals, resource potential and managerial decisions is outlined. Special attention is paid to the role of digitalisation, human capital development, formation of an innovation-oriented culture, and strengthened cooperation between science, business and the state. The study also highlights the importance of aligning the development of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises with the European Green Deal and modern sustainability standards. The results confirm that implementing the proposed model enhances innovation activity, competitiveness and environmental resilience, creating favourable conditions for long-term balanced development of agricultural enterprises and contributing to national food security.Item Передумови формування бізнес-альянсів серед експортерів агропродукції в Україні в умовах військового стану(Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана, 2024) Скічко, Олексій Олексійович; Skichko, OleksiiУ статті розглянуто роль і значення формування бізнес-альянсів у контексті протидії екстремальним умовам ведення бізнесу. Досліджено стан і структурні тенденції ринку зернових та олійних культур в умовах військового стану, визначено місце агробізнесу в формуванні експортного потенціалу України. Узагальнено основні виклики і ризики діяльності агровиробників через воєнні дії. Узагальнено досвід і визначено основні передумови та фактори формування бізнес-альянсів учасників зернового ринку в умовах військового стану. Визначено основні напрями подальшого дослідження проблеми ефективного функціонування бізнес-альянсів учасників ринку зернових. This article explores the state and structural trends of the grain and oilseed market under martial law in Ukraine, focusing on the prerequisites for the formation of business alliances. In scientific literature, business alliances are often seen as strategies for achieving competitive advantages in globalized markets by pooling the resources and competencies of independent companies. However, the formation and functioning of business alliances in countering extreme business conditions remain underexplored. This study aims to summarize the prerequisites, factors, and potential benefits of forming business alliances among agricultural exporters. Despite the negative impact of war, Ukrainian agribusiness has demonstrated resilience and adaptability by maintaining a leading position in exports. The analysis of exporter ratings has shown significant changes in the distribution of market shares during the first two years of the war, indicating shifts in the market roles traditionally played by participants. Interviews with the CEOs of leading agricultural holdings in Ukraine outlined the main tactical and strategic decisions taken to mitigate the challenges of the war. Partnerships among independent agricultural producers have been widely used to respond to challenges such as closed export markets, finding new export routes, and achieving the necessary scale for export operations. Systematizing this experience could be of scientific and practical interest, particularly in the context of ongoing events in Ukraine. Effective communication and alliances among participants in the grain market may help address critical tasks such as creating competitive advantages in global grain trade, reducing costs for external and internal logistics, jointly using logistics infrastructure, and investing in capital-intensive projects to develop export infrastructure, especially under increased risk conditions.Item Теоретичні та прикладні аспекти інтелектуалізації управління виробничим потенціалом аграрних підприємств(Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана, 2025-03-28) Скічко, Олексій Олексійович; Skichko, OleksiiУ доповіді розглядаються теоретичні та прикладні аспекти інтелектуалізації управління виробничим потенціалом аграрних підприємств, що ґрунтуються на впровадженні сучасних технологій та інноваційних управлінських підходів. Розкрито значення цифровізації, штучного інтелекту, Інтернету речей, аналізу великих даних та інших передових технологій для оптимізації виробничих процесів, зниження витрат та підвищення конкурентоспроможності аграрного сектора в умовах глобальних економічних викликів. Аналіз статистичних даних USDA ERS та прикладів впровадження інновацій у провідних компаніях демонструє стратегічно важливе значення інноваційних технологій для забезпечення зростання продуктивності праці, економії ресурсів та сталого розвитку виробничого потенціалу агропідприємств. This paper examines the aspects of intellectualization in managing the production potential of agricultural enterprises based on the implementation of advanced technologies and innovative management approaches. It highlights the importance of digitalization, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, Big Data analytics, and other cutting-edge technologies for optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and enhancing the competitiveness of the agricultural sector amid global economic challenges. An analysis of USDA ERS statistical data and case studies from leading companies demonstrates the strategic importance of innovative technologies in boosting labor productivity, conserving resources, and ensuring the sustainable development of agricultural production potential.
