    Модернізація нормотворчого процесу у сфері публічного управління та адміністрування

    Метою дослідження є обґрунтування заходів для модернізації нормотворчого процесу у сфері публічного управління та адміністрування в Україні. У роботі досліджено зміст та особливості реалізації нормотворчого процесу у сфері публічного управління та адміністрування; проаналізовано нормативно-правову базу України щодо нормотворчого процесу, зокрема у сфері публічного управління та адміністрування; досліджено світовий досвід організації нормотворчого процесу у сфері публічного управління та адміністрування; здійснено аналіз практики реалізації нормотворчого процесу у сфері публічного управління та адміністрування в Україні; обґрунтовано перспективи модернізації нормотворчого процесу у сфері публічного управління та адміністрування в Україні. The purpose of the study is to substantiate measures for the modernization of the rule-making process in the field of public management and administration in Ukraine. The content and features of the implementation of the rule-making process in the field of public management and administration are explored in the work; analyzed the normative and legal framework of Ukraine regarding the rule-making process, in particular in the field of public management and administration; the world experience of the organization of the rule-making process in the field of public management and administration was studied; an analysis of the practice of implementing the rule-making process in the field of public management and administration in Ukraine was carried out; the prospects of modernization of the rule-making process in the sphere of public management and administration in Ukraine are substantiated.
