    Дипломна робота присвячена дослідженню та аналізу розвитку волонтерського руху як в Україні, так і в світі. У роботі розглядаються основні аспекти волонтерства , його значення та вплив на суспільство. У роботі досліджуються основні напрямки та форми волонтерської діяльності, а також виявляються фактори, що впливають на залучення та мотивацію волонтерів, проводяться порівняльні аналізи волонтерських програм та проектів у різних країнах, зокрема досліджуються передові практики та інноваційні підходи до волонтерської роботи. The diploma thesis is devoted to the research and analysis of the development of the volunteer movement in Ukraine and worldwide. The work examines the fundamental aspects of volunteering, its significance, and its impact on society. The thesis explores the main directions and forms of volunteer activities, as well as identifies the factors influencing the recruitment and motivation of volunteers. It includes comparative analyses of volunteer programs and projects in different countries, with a particular focus on investigating advanced practices and innovative approaches to volunteering. The aim of the thesis is to identify the key trends in the development of the volunteer movement in Ukraine and the world, uncover the factors that facilitate or hinder its progress, and provide recommendations for further improving volunteer activities and supporting the volunteer movement.
