    Роль венчурного фінансування в реалізації інноваційної моделі в Україні

    Кваліфікаційна магістерська робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню венчурного фінансування в процесі реалізації інноваційної моделі розвитку економіки України. Досліджено інноваційні моделі соціально-економічного розвитку та джерела їх фінансування; проаналізовані типи інвесторів венчурного капіталу та їх участь у фінансуванні інновацій; роль держави у розвитку венчурного фінансування в Україні; оцінка національного ринку венчурного капіталу; досліджено стартап-екосистему в Україні з позиції визначення відповідних інструментів венчурного фінансування; виклики та обмеження венчурного фінансування в Україні; запропоновано перспективні джерела венчурного фінансування для забезпечення інноваційного розвитку. The qualifying master's thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of venture capital financing in the process of implementing an innovative model of economic development in Ukraine. The innovative models of socio-economic development and sources of their financing are investigated; the types of venture capital investors and their participation in financing innovations are analyzed; the role of the state in the development of venture capital financing in Ukraine is analyzed; the national venture capital market is assessed; the startup ecosystem in Ukraine is studied from the point of view of determining the appropriate venture capital financing instruments; challenges and limitations of venture capital financing in Ukraine; promising sources of venture capital financing for ensuring innovative development are proposed.
