    The paper examines artificial intelligence as a key driver of updating managers’ professional competencies. It is argued that AI transforms the content of managerial work and increases the importance of digital literacy, analytical thinking, adaptability, leadership, and ethical responsibility. The study emphasizes the need to modernize management training in line with current technological changes.
