    Кваліфікаційна магістерська робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню управління фінансовою санацією підприємства, обґрунтуванню економічного змісту та місця санації у фінансовому оздоровленні неплатоспроможного підприємства, визначенню аспектів управління фінансовою санацією та оцінки санаційної спроможності підприємств. Здійснено фінансову діагностику підприємства з урахуванням фінансово-економічної характеристики, діагностики фінансового стану та оцінки санаційної спроможності підприємства. Визначено стратегію та інструментарій фінансової санації підприємства, реальність плану та ефективність впроваджених санаційних процедур. Впровадження запропонованих заходів сприятиме відновленню платоспроможності, фінансової стійкості та конкурентоспроможності підприємства. The master thesis is devoted to the complex research of the management of financial sanation of an enterprise, substantiation of the economic content and place of sanation in the financial rehabilitation of an insolvent enterprise, determination of aspects of financial sanation management and assessment of the sanation capacity of enterprises. The financial diagnostics of an enterprise is carried out, taking into account the financial and economic characteristics, diagnostics of the financial condition and assessment of the rehabilitation capacity of an enterprise. The strategy and tools of financial sanation of enterprise, the reality of the plan and the effectiveness of the implemented sanation procedures are determined. Implementation of the proposed measures will help restore the company's solvency, financial stability and competitiveness.
