    Трансформація світового ринку фармацевтичних препаратів

    Робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей трансформації світового ринку фармацевтичних препаратів. Було досліджено етапи формування світового фармацевтичного ринку, визначено критерії та показники ефективності фармацевтичного бізнесу, проаналізовано структуру і динаміку розвитку світового ринку фармацевтичних препаратів. Розкрито особливості регулювання міжнародної торгівлі лікарськими засобами, обґрунтовано механізми та інструменти диверсифікації зовнішньоекономічної діяльності українських фармацевтичних компаній. Оцінено рівень інноваційної ефективності європейських країн та здійснення компаративний аналіз інноваційної спроможності європейських країн та України. Проаналізовано проблеми та виклики для формування ефективної інноваційної системи України. The thesis is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the transformation of the world market of pharmaceuticals. The stages of the world pharmaceutical market development were investigated, the criteria and indicators of the effectiveness of pharmaceutical business were determined, and the structure and dynamics of the development of the world pharmaceutical market were analysed. The peculiarities of the regulation of international trade in medicinal products were disclosed, the mechanisms and instruments of diversification of the foreign economic activities of Ukrainian pharmaceutical companies were substantiated. The level of innovative efficiency of European countries was assessed, and a comparative analysis of the innovative capacity of European countries and Ukraine was carried out. The problems and challenges for the formation of an effective national innovation system of Ukraine were analysed.
