    Досліджено завдання мета-когнітивного навчання в умовах VUCA-світу. Визначено роль організації, що навчається, в освоєнні моделі мета-когнітивного навчання. Позначено нові рівні інтелектуальних активів організації у зв'язку з впровадженням моделі мета-когнітивного навчання. The problems of metacognitive learning in the conditions of the VUCA world are investigated. The role of the learning organization in the development of the meta-cognitive learning model is determined. New levels of intellectual assets of the organization are identified in connection with the introduction of the meta-cognitive learning model.
