    Кваліфікаційна магістерська робота присвячена дослідженню механізмів державної та міжнародної фінансової підтримки корпоративного бізнесу в умовах кризи. У роботі аналізуються теоретичні аспекти, оцінюються існуючі інструменти підтримки та розробляються рекомендації для їх удосконалення на прикладі АТ «Укрзалізниця». Особлива увага приділяється взаємодії між державними та міжнародними інституціями у наданні фінансової допомоги. Результати дослідження спрямовані на підвищення ефективності використання фінансових ресурсів і забезпечення стабільності корпоративного сектору в умовах економічної нестабільності. The master’s thesis is devoted to the study of mechanisms of state and international financial support for corporate businesses during crises. The research analyzes theoretical aspects, evaluates existing support tools, and develops recommendations for their improvement, focusing on the case of JSC «Ukrainian railways». Special attention is given to the interaction between state and international institutions in providing financial assistance. The results of the study aim to enhance the efficiency of financial resource utilization and ensure the stability of the corporate sector under economic uncertainty.

    Управління фінансовою санацією підприємства

    Кваліфікаційна магістерська робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню управління фінансовою санацією на підприємстві та розробці комплексу санаційних заходів щодо відновлення платоспроможності підприємства. Визначено економічний зміст санації підприємства та її місце в антикризовому управлінні. Досліджено організаційно-правові та методичні засади управління фінансовою санацією. Здійснено аналіз фінансових показників, на їх основі оцінено санаційну спроможність досліджуваного підприємства. Визначено стратегію та інструментарій управління фінансовою санацією підприємства і здійснено оцінку ефективності санаційних процедур із розробкою системи ключових показників. The master thesis is devoted to the complex research of management of financial rehabilitation of the enterprise and development of the complex of rehabilitation measures to restore the solvency of the enterprise. The economic meaning of the financial rehabilitation of the enterprise and its place in the anti-crisis management are determined. The organizational, legal and methodological bases of financial rehabilitation management are studied. An analysis of financial indexes is carried out and the rehabilitation capacity of the enterprise is estimated on their basis. The strategy and tools for managing the financial rehabilitation of the enterprise are defined and the efficiency of rehabilitation procedures is evaluated, including the development of a system of key indicators.
