    Фінансові компанії як учасники фінансового ринку України

    В роботі розглянуто основних учасників фінансового ринку. Визначено основні характеристики фінансових компаній та законодавче регулювання їх діяльності. Досліджено основні аспекти діяльності фінансових компаній в Україні на сучасному етапі. Виокремлено їх конкурентну позицію та здійснено оцінку впливу фінансових компаній на рівень фінансової інклюзії. Досліджено напрями підвищення ефективності діяльності фінансових компаній в Україні, на основі удосконалення нормативно-правової бази їх регулювання та захисту прав споживачів фінансових послуг. The master thesis examines the main participants of the financial market. The main characteristics of financial companies and the legal regulation of their activities are determined. The main aspects of the activity of financial companies in Ukraine at the current stage have been studied. Their competitive position was highlighted and the impact of financial companies on the level of financial inclusion was assessed. The areas of increasing the efficiency of the activities of financial companies in Ukraine, based on the improvement of the legal framework for their regulation and protection of the rights of consumers of financial services, have been studied.
