    Робота присвячена дослідженню управління міжнародною конкурентоспроможністю ТОВ «Intertop Ukraine». Досліджено основні концепції та механізми управління міжнародною конкурентоспроможністю підприємств. Проаналізовано основні методики оцінки рівня міжнародної конкурентоспроможності компаній. Охарактеризовано діяльність ТОВ «Intertop Ukraine» в рамках її конкурентного середовища. Оцінено фінансові та економічні показники компанії. Виявлено місце ТОВ «Intertop Ukraine» на ринку одягу та взуття України. Сформовано стратегічні напрями підвищення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності компанії та спрогнозовано їх економічний ефект. The work is devoted to the study of the management of international competitiveness of «Intertop Ukraine» LLC. The main concepts and mechanisms of managing the international competitiveness of enterprises are studied. The main methods of assessing the level of international competitiveness of companies are analyzed. The functions of «Intertop Ukraine» LLC within its competitive environment are characterized. The financial and economic indicators of the company are assessed. The place of «Intertop Ukraine» LLC in the apparel and footwear market of Ukraine is identified. Strategic directions for increasing the company’s international competitiveness are formed and their economic effect is predicted.
