    Формування конкурентної стратегії розвитку медичного закладу (на прикладі ДУ «Інститут серця МОЗ України»)

    В роботі досліджено теоретико-методичні та прикладні аспекти формування конкурентної стратегії розвитку медичного закладу. Визначено сутність стратегій, класифікація конкурентних стратегій. Проведено комплексну оцінку діяльності ДУ «Інститут серця МОЗ України». Запропоновано альтернативні варіанти стратегічного розвитку медичного закладу. In the Master's Thesis, the theoretical-methodical and applied aspects of the formation of a competitive strategy for the development of a medical institution were investigated. The essence of strategies, the classification of competitive strategies is defined. A comprehensive assessment of the activity of the SI "Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" was carried out. Alternative options for the strategic development of the medical institution are proposed.
