    Робота присвячена управлінню міжнародною конкурентоспроможністю компанії Revolut. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси формування конкурентних переваг компанії в банківському сегменті глобального ринку фінансових послуг. Предметом дослідженя є детермінанти та механізми нарощення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності компанії Revolut в парадигмі сталого розвитку. Мета роботи – стратегічний аналіз діяльності, оцінка ринкових позицій та розробка дорожньої мапи розвитку Revolut. Досліджено теоретичні детермінанти конкуренції в умовах цифровізації. Здійснено комплексну діагностику конкурентного статусу, інвестиційної привабливості та ризиків компанії. Практичним результатом є розробка стратегічної дорожньої мапи посилення довгострокової конкурентоспроможності Revolut. The work is devoted to managing the international competitiveness of Revolut. The object of the study is the processes of forming the company's competitive advantages in the banking segment of the global financial services market. The subject is the determinants and mechanisms for increasing the international competitiveness of Revolut in the paradigm of sustainable development. The purpose of the work is to conduct a strategic analysis of activities, assess market positions, and develop a roadmap for Revolut's development. The theoretical determinants of competition in the context of digitalization were investigated. A comprehensive diagnosis of the company's competitive position, investment attractiveness, and risks was carried out. The practical result is the development of a strategic roadmap for strengthening Revolut's long-term competitiveness.
