    У роботі розкрито зміст та структуру сфери відновлювальної енергетики, правові та організаційно-економічні аспекти державної політики у сфері відновлювальної енергетики. Охарактеризовано тенденції розвитку відновлювальних джерел енергії в Україні, здійснено оцінку ефективності державної політики та проаналізовано світовий досвід державного стимулювання розвитку відновлювальної енергетики. Запропоновано напрями удосконалення державної політики у сфері відновлювальної енергетики в умовах війни та розвитку цифрових технологій. The content and structure of the field of renewable energy, legal and organizational and economic aspects of public policy in the field of renewable energy are revealed in the master's work. The trends in the development of renewable energy sources in Ukraine were characterized, the effectiveness of state policy was evaluated, and the world experience of public stimulation of the development of renewable energy was analyzed. Directions for improving public policy in the field of renewable energy in the conditions of war and the development of digital technologies are proposed.
