    Міжнародні злиття та поглинання являють сьогодні одну із ключових особливостей глобалізації економічного розвитку. Багатомільярдні угоди, що укладаються транснаціональними корпораціями з приводу купівлі-продажу окремих компаній чи частин бізнесу, стали звичайним явищем не лише у розвинутих країнах, а й у всьому світі, зокрема в Україні. Процеси злиття і поглинання виявилися, зокрема, основою сучасного могутності найбільших корпорацій. В роботі присутнє вивчення та аналіз світового ринку злиттів та поглинань та їх вплив на країни. Дослідження направлене на визначення ключових аспектів, враховуючи сучасні виклики, з метою пропозиції конкретних стратегій і рекомендацій для подальшого контролю дій у цій сфері. Today, international mergers and acquisitions represent one of the key features of the globalization of economic development. Multibillion-dollar deals concluded by multinational corporations regarding the purchase and sale of individual companies or parts of businesses have become a common phenomenon not only in developed countries, but also throughout the world, in particular in Ukraine. The processes of mergers and acquisitions have turned out to be, in particular, the basis of the modern power of the largest corporations. The work includes the study and analysis of the world market of mergers and acquisitions and their impact on countries. The study is aimed at identifying key aspects, taking into account modern challenges, with the aim of proposing specific strategies and recommendations for further control of actions in this area.
