    Робота досліджує розвиток світового фінансового ринку в умовах глобалізації та цифрової трансформації. Аналізуються теоретичні засади функціонування фінансових ринків, сучасні тенденції, виклики та перспективи їхнього розвитку. Особливу увагу приділено впливу фінансових криз, інноваційних технологій та регуляторного середовища на стабільність і зростання ринку. У роботі також висвітлено роль України у глобальних фінансових процесах та можливості підвищення її інтеграції у міжнародний фінансовий ринок. Основні результати можуть бути використані для розробки ефективної фінансової політики. The master's thesis examines the development of the global financial market in the context of globalization and digital transformation. It analyzes the theoretical foundations of financial markets, current trends, challenges, and prospects for their evolution. Special attention is given to the impact of financial crises, innovative technologies, and the regulatory environment on market stability and growth. The study also highlights Ukraine's role in global financial processes and opportunities to enhance its integration into the international financial market. The main findings can be applied to the formulation of effective financial policies.
