Managing external debt of country in the global environment

Master’s thesis on the topic “Managing external debt of country in the global environment” studies the theoretical aspects of the formation and management of the external public debt, the analysis of the current state of the influence of external debt of states and their economy in order to determine the optimal directions for the management of external public debt of a country. The topic is actual due to increasing geopolitical and geoeconomic shocks, aggravation of economic problems in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic, deterioration of budget stability that rise the question of public debt management in Ukraine. The methodological basis of the research is the methods of empirical and comparative analysis, statistical methods, and the method of graphic representation. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the development of scientifically based recommendations for improving the policy of managing Ukraine's external public debt.
