    Злиття та поглинання як метод фінансового оздоровлення ТНК

    У цій роботі визначено теоретичні основи та практичні аспекти злиття та поглинання та їх вплив на фінансовий стан МНК. Основною причиною зростання ринку M&A є те, що угоди M&A можуть збільшити вартість компанії за короткий проміжок часу. Обрана тема дослідження є важливою, оскільки випливає з необхідності дослідження специфіки функціонування світового ринку та його складової – ринку України. Мета даної роботи полягає в проведенні аналізу існуючих підходів до визначення сутності злиття та поглинання з метою подальшого їх об’єднання в концептуальні підходи та визначення основних мотивів укладення таких угод для фінансового оздоровлення компаній. Нині транснаціональні корпорації займають особливе місце у світовій економіці. Класифікація злиттів і поглинань різноманітна, має свій різний висновок і наслідки. У нашій країні спостерігається підвищений інтерес до злиття та поглинання, що обумовлено потребою компаній підвищити свою конкурентоспроможність, розширити свою присутність на ринку та досягти стратегічних цілей. Однією з помітних тенденцій M&A в Україні є консолідація галузей. This work defines the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of mergers and acquisitions and their impact on the financial condition of МNCs. The main reason for the growth of the M&A market is that M&A deals can increase the value of a company in a short period of time. The selected research topic is important, as it stems from the need to study the specifics of the functioning of the world market and its component - the Ukrainian market. The purpose of this work is to conduct an analysis of existing approaches to determining the essence of mergers and acquisitions with the aim of further combining them into conceptual approaches and identifying the main motives underlying the conclusion of such agreements for the financial recovery of companies. Currently, transnational corporations occupy a special place in the world economy. The classification of mergers and acquisitions is diverse, has its own different conclusion and consequences. Our country has witnessed increased interest in mergers and acquisitions, driven by the need for companies to increase their competitiveness, expand their market presence and achieve strategic goals. One of the notable trends in M&A in Ukraine is the consolidation of industries.

    Інноваційні стратегії економічного розвитку “азіатських тигрів” (на прикладі Сінгапуру)

    У роботі було досліджено інноваційні стратегії економічного розвитку “азіатських тигрів. У першому розділі представлені теоретичні аспекти розвитку країн «азіатських тигрів». У другому розділі описані стратегії економічного розвитку країн «азіатських тигрів» та їх порівняння, а також інноваційні підходи. У третьому розділі проаналізовані соціально-економічні показники Сінгапуру, надана оцінка ефективності впровадження інноваційних стратегій та шляхи подальшого розвитку Сінгапуру. Innovative strategies of economic development of "Asian tigers" were investigated in the work. The first chapter presents the theoretical aspects of the development of the countries of the "Asian tigers". The second chapter describes the economic development strategies of the "Asian tiger" countries and their comparison, as well as innovative approaches. The third chapter analyzes the socio-economic indicators of Singapore, provides an assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of innovative strategies and the ways of further development of Singapore.
