    Роль консолідованої фінансової звітності у прийнятті управлінських рішень

    Основними причинами створення груп компаній в українській економіці є консолідація власності, отримання ринкової влади на ринку, захист компаній від рейдерських атак, оптимізація оподаткування, концентрація капіталу та диверсифікація ризиків. Наслідки формування груп компаній поділяються на позитивні та негативні. До позитивних наслідків відносяться створення потужних національних груп компаній, які конкурують з іноземними ТНК, до негативних наслідків слід віднести ухилення від сплати податків, монополізація економіки України, формування олігархічних груп, які впливають на владу, виведення капіталу з України, розвиток сировинних видів бізнесу в Україні. Консолідація фінансової звітності призводить до збільшення активів під контролем групи компаній, а також дозволяє суттєво збільшити обсяг виручки від реалізації та прибутку компаній. Консолідована фінансова звітність використовується для оцінки загальної ефективності діяльності групи компаній як єдиного господарського організму. У вертикально інтегрованих структурах консолідована фінансові звітність використовується для аналізу впливу зовнішніх впливів на ефективність окремих компаній, а у горизонтально інтегрованих групах компаній – для виявлення перспективних напрямків інвестування. The main reasons for the creation of groups of companies in the Ukrainian economy are consolidation of ownership, obtaining market power in the market, protection of companies from raider attacks, optimization of taxation, concentration of capital and diversification of risks. The consequences of the formation of groups of companies are divided into positive and negative. The positive consequences include the creation of powerful national groups of companies that compete with foreign TNCs, the negative consequences include tax evasion, the monopolization of the Ukrainian economy, the formation of oligarchic groups that influence the government, the withdrawal of capital from Ukraine, the development of raw materials businesses in Ukraine . Consolidation of financial statements leads to an increase in assets under the control of a group of companies, and also allows to significantly increase the amount of sales revenue and profit of companies. Consolidated financial statements are used to assess the overall performance of a group of companies as a single economic entity. In vertically integrated structures, consolidated financial statements are used to analyze the impact of external influences on the efficiency of individual companies, and in horizontally integrated groups of companies - to identify promising investment directions
