    Малий та середній бізнес в МЕВ (на прикладі компанії Genius.Space)

    У дипломній роботі проаналізовано теоретичні засади та принципи функціонування малих та середніх підприємств, а також їх роль у міжнародних економічних відносинах. Зокрема, увагу було зосереджено на діяльності компанії-конкурсанта - "Genius.Space", як яскравого представника малого та середнього бізнесу. Автором визначено та проаналізовано ключові вектори розвитку компанії, окреслено місію їхньої діяльності у сфері освіти та внесок у міжнародний бізнес. Окрема частина роботи присвячена дослідженню акценту компанії на особливостях сучасної бізнес-освіти. Автор проводить ґрунтовне дослідження ефективності діяльності малого та середнього бізнесу в глобальному векторі розвитку, зокрема, на прикладі успішної діяльності української освітньої компанії Genius.Space, проводячи паралелі зі світовими брендами та практиками. Провівши дане дослідження, автор дійшов висновку, що сучасний характер діяльності малих та середніх підприємств має надзвичайно важливе значення в економічній площині будь-якого розвинутого суспільства. Малий та середній бізнес є каталізатором національного зростання, який має низку труднощів та недоліків, поряд з незрівнянним позитивним внеском в економіку. The thesis analyzes the theoretical foundations and principles of functioning of small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as their role in international economic relations. In particular, attention was focused on the activities of the competition company — "Genius.Space", as a prominent representative of small and medium-sized businesses. The author identified and analyzed the key vectors of the company's development, outlined the mission of their activities in the field of education and their contribution to international business. A separate part of the paper is devoted to the study of the company's emphasis on the peculiarities of modern business education. The author conducts a thorough study of the performance of small and medium-sized businesses in the global development vector, in particular, on the example of the successful activities of the Ukrainian educational company Genius.Space, drawing parallels with global brands and practices. Having conducted this study, the author concluded that the current nature of the activities of small and medium-sized enterprises is of utmost importance in the economic plane of any developed society. Small and medium-sized businesses are a catalyst for national growth, which has a number of difficulties and disadvantages, along with incomparable positive contribution to the economy.
