    Впровадження штучного інтелекту в глобальних корпораціях (на прикладі компанії «FEDEX»)

    Магістерська кваліфікаційна робота присвячена темі впровадження штучного інтелекту в глобальних корпораціях (на прикладі компанії «FedEx»). У першому розділі розглядаються сутність, роль та етапи розвитку штучного інтелекту; наведено класифікацію систем штучного інтелекту в процесах управління компанією та розглянуто зарубіжний досвід впровадження штучного інтелекту в корпоративні системи управління. У другому розділі дипломної роботи проведено організаційно- економічну характеристику діяльності «FedEx» та проаналізовано системи управління; розглянуто результати впровадження штучного інтелекту в діяльність корпорації «FedEx». У третьому розділі розроблено стратегію впровадження штучного інтелекту в систему управління корпорацією та запропоновано механізми реалізації стратегії в систему управління корпорації «FedEx». The master's thesis is devoted to the topic of the implementation of artificial intelligence in global corporations (using the example of the «FedEx» company). The first chapter examines the essence, role and stages of the development of artificial intelligence; the classification of artificial intelligence systems in company management processes is given and the foreign experience of introducing artificial intelligence into corporate management systems is considered. In the second chapter of the diploma work, the organizational and economic characteristics of «FedEx's» activities were carried out and management systems were analyzed; the results of the implementation of artificial intelligence in the activities of the «FedEx» Corporation are considered. In the third chapter, the strategy of introducing artificial intelligence into the management system of the corporation is developed and the mechanisms of implementing the strategy into the management system of the « FedEx» corporation are proposed.

    Фінансові технології (FinTech) стрімко розвиваються і проникають у всі сфери фінансової діяльності, включаючи фондовий ринок. FinTech має потенціал для значного впливу на світові фондові ринки, і FinTech компанії вже роблять значний внесок у розвиток фондових ринків. У цій роботі розглядаються світові тенденції розвитку та впровадження FinTech на міжнародних фондових ринках. У роботі аналізуються чинники, що зумовлюють зростання FinTech на фондовому ринку, розвиток нових технологій в індустрії цінних паперів, а також вплив FinTech на ефективність, доступність і безпеку глобальних фондових ринків. У роботі встановлено, що FinTech має потенціал для значного підвищення ефективності, доступності та безпеки глобальних фондових ринків. Фінтех-компанії вже пропонують широкий спектр інноваційних продуктів і послуг, які полегшують інвесторам торгівлю, інвестування та управління своїми грошима. У роботі також зазначено, що FinTech сприяє низці технологічних трансформацій на фондовому ринку. Ці перетворення включають використання штучного інтелекту (ШІ), великих даних і блокчейна. Ці технології дають змогу підвищити швидкість, точність і прозорість операцій на фондовому ринку. У роботі робиться висновок, що FinTech є головною силою, яка формує майбутнє світового фондового ринку. FinTech-компанії вже мають значний вплив на фондовий ринок, і цей вплив, ймовірно, зростатиме в майбутньому. Financial technology (FinTech) is rapidly developing and penetrating all areas of financial activity, including the stock market. FinTech has the potential to significantly impact global stock markets, and FinTech companies are already making a significant contribution to the development of stock markets. This paper examines the global trends in the development and implementation of FinTech on international stock markets. The paper analyzes the factors driving the growth of FinTech on the stock market, the development of new technologies in the securities industry, and the impact of FinTech on the efficiency, accessibility, and security of global stock markets. The paper finds that FinTech has the potential to significantly improve the efficiency, accessibility, and security of global stock markets. FinTech companies are already offering a wide range of innovative products and services that are making it easier for investors to trade, invest, and manage their money. The paper also finds that FinTech is driving a number of technological transformations on the stock market. These transformations include the use of artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and blockchain. These technologies are making it possible to improve the speed, accuracy, and transparency of stock market transactions. The paper concludes that FinTech is a major force shaping the future of the global stock market. FinTech companies are already having a significant impact on the stock market, and this impact is likely to grow in the future.
