    Обґрунтування антикризової програми для кав’ярні

    Кваліфікаційну бакалаврську роботу присвячено вивченню теоретичних основ антикризової програми та її практичній реалізації умовах кав’ярні. Для досягнення поставленої мети в роботі: проведено аналіз маркетингового та інституційного середовища; описано бізнес-модель реалізації антикризової програми для кав’ярні; досліджено ресурсне забезпечення реалізації програми; проведено аналіз рівня розвитку корпоративної соціальної відповідальності АТ «Трест Житлобуд-1»; оцінено організаційні аспекти реалізації програми; розглянуто економічні аспекти реалізації програми. Реалізація антикризової програми для кав’ярні «DOZA coffee» має значення як для збереження бізнесу в умовах економічної нестабільності, так і для збереження робочих місць та підтримки економіки в цілому. The qualifying bachelor thesis is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations of the anti-crisis program and its practical implementation under the conditions of a coffee shop. To achieve the set goal in the work: an analysis of the marketing and institutional environment was carried out; the business model of implementing an anti-crisis program for a coffee shop is described; resource support for program implementation was investigated; an analysis of the level of development of corporate social responsibility of JSC "Trest Zhitlobud-1" was carried out; organizational aspects of program implementation were assessed; economic aspects of program implementation are considered. The implementation of the anti-crisis program for the coffee shop "DOZA coffee" is important both for preserving business in conditions of economic instability, and for preserving jobs and supporting the economy as a whole.
