The article is devoted to the analysis of the main stages in the development of international banking. The urgency of the paper is determined by the course taken by Ukraine to integrate into the world economic space, which challenges Ukrainian banks, as well as economics, problems associated with studying and adapting the world experience of the evolution of international banking operations.
