    Управління товарним асортиментом бізнес-організації

    У роботі розглянуто теоретичні засади та практичні аспекти управління товарним асортиментом бізнес-організації. Основну увагу приділено наступним питанням: визначення сутності поняття «товарний асортимент бізнес-організації» та характеристика процесу його формування; розгляд основних методичних підходів до управління асортиментом товарів торгівельного підприємства. Також було організаційно-економічну характеристику магазину «Еко-лавка» (ФОП Максименко І.Г.); аналіз системи управління товарним асортиментом магазину та ідентифікація основних проблем бізнес-організації у цій сфері; надання практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення управління асортиментом товарів бізнес-організації та розробка організаційно-управлінського забезпечення реалізації висунутих пропозицій. The work examines the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of managing the product assortment of a business organization. The main focus is on the following issues: defining the essence of the concept "product assortment of a business organization" and characterizing the process of its formation; reviewing the main methodological approaches to managing the assortment of goods in a trading enterprise. The organizational and economic characteristics of the "Eco-Lavka" store (sole proprietorship Maksymenko I.H.) were also provided; the analysis of the store's product assortment management system and identification of the main problems of the business organization in this area; providing practical recommendations for improving the management of the product assortment of the business organization and developing organizational and managerial support for the implementation of the proposed suggestions.
