    Державна політика розвитку IT-індустрії

    В роботі досліджено сутність IT-індустрії та її роль в розвитку країни, а також теоретичну сутність державної політики у сфері розвитку IT-індустрії. Прикладне дослідження спрямоване на характеристику розвитку ІТ-індустрії в Україні, виявлення проблем та перспектив в умовах воєнного стану. Автором проаналізовано нормативно-правову базу, цілі та інструменти, вітчизняну практику та світовий досвід формування та реалізації державної політики у сфері розвитку IT-індустрії. Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає у обґрунтуванні стратегічних напрямів удосконалення державної політики розвитку IT-індустрії для Україні. The paper explores the essence of the IT industry and its role in the development of the country, as well as the theoretical essence of state policy in the field of IT industry development. The applied research is aimed at characterizing the development of the IT industry in Ukraine, identifying problems and prospects in the conditions of martial law. The author analyzed the regulatory framework, goals and instruments, domestic practice and world experience in the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of IT industry development. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in substantiating strategic directions for improving the state policy of IT industry development for Ukraine.
