Abstract

The article deals with the issues associated with revision of formulation of the main economics problem — the problem of resources scarcity, proceeding from the standpoints of physical economy. The necessity to take into consideration the role of photosynthesis in creating absolute added value when defining scarcity of natural resources is being examined.
