Abstract
Швидке та безперервне удосконалення інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій актуалізує проблему узгодження інформаційного-аналітичного забезпечення підприємства з глобальною та регіональною інформаційною інфраструктурою. Доведено, що інформаційно-аналітичне забезпечення є складною системою, що інтегрує в єдиній базі даних і знань ряд функціональних інформаційних підсистем. Обґрунтовано, що з соціальної точки зору тріада «інформація – комунікація – управління» спрямована на виконання загальноорганізаційної цільової функції, у тому числі, створення партнерських відносин між суб’єктами виробничих процесів. В умовах глобалізації потрібна широка уніфікація та стандартизація, в результаті чого основна частина програмного забезпечення та цифрових пристроїв виготовляється у великих транснаціональних корпораціях. Запропоновано здійснювати оцінку економічної ефективності інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення з урахуванням витрат на експлуатацію.
Rapid and continuous improvement of information and communication technologies actualizes the problem of harmonization of information-analytical support of the enterprise with global and regional information infrastructure. The purpose of this article is to study the structural models of information and analytical support for increasing the efficiency of the organization of production, by establishing partnerships with all involved in the production of stakeholders and stakeholders. The organization of production should ensure the uninterrupted interaction of all the main, auxiliary and service units, the uniform and rhythmic distribution of time in the loading of individual workplaces, sections and technological lines. It is proved that information-analytical support is a complex system integrating a number of functional information subsystems into a single database and knowledge. Under the informational and analytical support of the machine-building enterprise, it is proposed to understand the system, which is formed by complementary and interacting information subsystems of marketing, accounting, financial analysis and operational-dispatching management, which are integrated into a single database of processes of electronic document circulation between sources of information and its users. The whole set of functional information subsystems, data storage and data transducers in knowledge, as well as various communication channels, is integrated with the "information-communication management" triad, which is aimed at implementing a general purpose-oriented function that includes all types of commercial and industrial activities, as well as takes into account social and motivational aspects. It is substantiated that improvement of information exchange creates conditions for formation of partnership relations between participants of production processes. In a globalized environment, there is a need for widespread unification and standardization, with the bulk of software and digital devices being manufactured in large multinational corporations. For practical implementation of information and analytical support, algorithmic tools, software tools and technical devices are used. Information and analytical support on the basis of modern information and communication technologies is a rather complex and valuable object, therefore, in addition to determining the technical and technological level, it is necessary to evaluate its economic efficiency. It is proposed to evaluate the economic efficiency of information-analytical support taking into account the costs of operation.
