Abstract
Розвиток ринкової економіки та зростаючої конкурентної
боротьби в Україні викликають необхідність створення нового
підходу до здійснення процесу управління підприємством, який
спрямований на прийняття найраціональніших управлінських рішень
щодо забезпечення розвитку, регулювання різних напрямів
його діяльності та забезпечення високих результатів діяльності.
Тому у статті проаналізовано та визначено важливість впровадження
інноваційної діяльності для сучасного бізнесу, розглянуто
й проаналізовано етапи стратегічного управління інноваційним
розвитком підприємства та запропоновано напрямки удосконалення
формування і реалізації системи стратегічного управління
інноваційним розвитком в сучасних умовах господарювання в
Україні.
The essence of the system of strategic management
of innovative development of enterprises is considered іn the article,
its features are defined. Аn established the importance of introducing
innovative activities for modern businesses is analyzed аnd estab lished in order to increase their efficiency, increase their competitiveness
and increase their economic and financial results. Schematically
presents the existing model of strategic management system
of innovative development of the enterprise and developed а new one,
taking into account the directions of its improvement. The criteria of
innovative development of companies are investigated. The stages of
strategic management of innovative development are considered and
analyzed. The reasons for the low innovative activity of the Ukrainian
enterprises are identified and а number of directions for solving them
are identified. lt is established that in the conditions of intensification of
innovative activity of enterprises, the question arises about choosing
the most effective management tools innovative activities of the
enterprise, which would improve the competitiveness of the enterprise,
allowed to quickly determine internal capabilities innovation and
discover hidden reserves development of the organization in order to
increase efficiency her commercial activities. So was installed the
ways to improve the formation and implementation of the strategic
management system for innovative development in modern economic
conditions in Ukraine Ьу improving the stages of development of а
development strategy that саn improve the competitive position both in
the domestic market and in the world, increase the efficiency of
enterprises, increase staff motivation to innovate and reduce their
resistance to change, notice growth in innovation activity.
