Тези присвячено ключовим положенням стратегічного управління реструктуризацією підприємств. Визначено сім конститутивно-ключових напрямів реструктуризації підприємств в умовах ресурсних обмежень.

The thesis is devoted to the key provisions of the strategic management restructuring of enterprises. The article identifies seven key-constitutive areas of enterprise restructuring in the context of resource constraints.
