dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню системи менеджменту туристичної компанії ТОВ «ДЖОІН АП!». У роботі розглянуто теоретико-методичні аспекти менеджменту у сфері туризму, сучасні підходи та моделі управління туристичними організаціями. Проведено аналіз організаційно-економічної діяльності підприємства та оцінено ефективність управлінських процесів. Визначено основні проблеми системи менеджменту компанії та запропоновано напрями їх удосконалення. Особливу увагу приділено впровадженню інноваційних технологій, цифровізації бізнес-процесів, оптимізації організаційної структури та підвищенню конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Запропоновані рекомендації спрямовані на підвищення ефективності діяльності туристичної компанії в сучасних умовах розвитку ринку туристичних послуг. The qualification bachelor’s thesis is devoted to the study of the management system of the tourism company LLC “JOIN UP!”. The paper examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of management in the tourism sector, as well as modern approaches and models of tourism organization management. An analysis of the organizational and economic activities of the enterprise was conducted and the effectiveness of management processes was assessed. The main problems of the company’s management system were identified and directions for their improvement were proposed. Special attention is paid to the implementation of innovative technologies, digitalization of business processes, optimization of the organizational structure, and increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. The proposed recommendations are aimed at improving the efficiency of the tourism company in modern conditions of the tourism services market development.
