| dc.description.abstract | Detailed development of a strategy for launching an innovative product (on the example of the online service Planguin.io). Launch of a new electronic service for recording clients on the Ukrainian market. Innovation product is the online service Planguin, which is an application for two-way registration for an appointment. Its main task is to solve customer service problems in individual enterprises by automating the process of registration for the reception of clients, the structural work of the specialist and quality work with the client base. Детальна розробка стратегії запуску інноваційного продукту (на прикладі онлайн-сервісу Planguin.io). Запуск нового електронного сервісу для запису клієнтів на українському ринку. Інноваційним продуктом є онлайн-сервіс Planguin, що представляє собою заявку на двосторонню реєстрацію на прийом. Його основне завдання – вирішення проблем обслуговування клієнтів на окремих підприємствах шляхом автоматизації процесу реєстрації на прийом клієнтів, структурної роботи спеціаліста та якісної роботи з клієнтською базою. | |
