dc.description.abstractРобота присвячена дослідженню сутності, стану та оцінці процесів злиттів і поглинань у міжнародному бізнесі. Досліджено передумови процесів злиттів і поглинань в глобальній економіці. Визначено класифікацію корпоративних стратегій злиттів і поглинань у контексті нарощення конкурентних переваг. Досліджено механізми формування та реалізації корпоративних стратегій злиттів і поглинань. Здійснено аналіз їх структури та динаміки. Проведено бенчмаркінг корпоративних стратегій злиттів і поглинань лідерів глобального ринку. Здійснено оцінювання їх ефективності та складено прогнозні сценарії розвитку на період 2023–2024 року. The work is devoted to the study of the essence, state and evaluation of the processes of mergers and acquisitions in international business. The prerequisites of the processes of mergers and acquisitions in the global economy are studied. The classification of corporate strategies of mergers and acquisitions in the context of increasing competitive advantages is defined. Mechanisms of formation and implementation of corporate strategies of mergers and acquisitions are studied. An analysis of their structure and dynamics was carried out. Benchmarking of corporate strategies of mergers and acquisitions of global market leaders was carried out. Their effectiveness was evaluated and forecast development scenarios for the period 2023–2024 were drawn up.
