dc.description.abstractУ дипломній роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти міжнародної торгівлі послугами з акцентом на співпрацю між Україною та Європейським Союзом. Проаналізовано роль сфери послуг у світовій економіці, теоретичні підходи до розвитку ринку послуг, а також інституційно-правові засади регулювання міжнародної торгівлі послугами. У дослідженні розглянуто динаміку та структуру торгівлі послугами між Україною та ЄС, а також оцінено вплив Угоди про асоціацію на розвиток двостороннього співробітництва. Особливу увагу приділено пріоритетним секторам, зокрема інформаційним технологіям (ІТ), транспортним, фінансовим і діловим послугам. У роботі визначено основні бар’єри, що впливають на доступ України до ринку ЄС, а також проаналізовано чинники конкурентоспроможності вітчизняного сектору послуг. The thesis examines the theoretical and practical aspects of international trade in services, focusing on cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union. The author analyzes the role of services in the global economy, theoretical approaches to the development of the services market, and the institutional and legal regulation of international trade. The research investigates the dynamics and structure of trade in services between Ukraine and the EU, assessing the impact of the Association Agreement on bilateral cooperation. Particular attention is paid to priority sectors, including information technology (IT), transport, financial, and business services. The paper identifies barriers affecting Ukraine’s access to the EU market and analyzes factors influencing the competitiveness of the domestic service sector.
