| dc.description.abstract | Clusters have been actively discussed for several decades. Many scientists noted that clusters would disappear after successful operation. The covid pandemic and the uncertain future have somewhat hindered many areas of research, including cluster studies. The author tries to bring arguments to justify the special role of clusters for the formation of circular economy. | |
