dc.description.abstractРобота присвячена вивченню теоретичних засад і практичних положень щодо здійснення митного адміністрування. Уточнено зміст поняття «митне адміністрування», виділено його складові відповідно до завдань та правового статусу митних органів. Акцентовано увагу на особливостях організації та проведення адміністрування митними органами. Надано загальну характеристику системи органів управління митною справою. Оцінено стан і тенденції розвитку управління митним адмініструванням. Сформовано стратегічні ініціативи щодо розвитку митного адміністрування. The work is devoted to the study of theoretical principles and practical provisions regarding the implementation of customs administration. The content of the concept of «customs administration» is clarified, its components are highlighted in accordance with the tasks and legal status of customs authorities. Attention is focused on the features of the organization and implementation of administration by customs authorities. A general characteristic of the system of customs management bodies is provided. The state and trends in the development of customs administration management are assessed. Strategic initiatives for the development of customs administration are formed.
