dc.description.abstractThe work is devoted to the study of the innovative development of organizations. The relevance of this topic lies in the fact that in today's realities, the development of a corporation depends on the degree to which innovative technologies are introduced into its activities. Innovation is defined as a process, along with the factors of its occurrence and its impact on the success of the corporation. Methods and principles for achieving innovative development of the corporation are revealed. The possibilities of applying the obtained results in the implementation of innovation policy at the enterprise and in making appropriate decisions for managing innovative activities have been analyzed. The studied works are devoted to the topic of innovative development by both domestic and foreign scientists. Робота присвячена інноваційному розвитку організацій. Актуальність теми даної роботи полягає в тому, що в сучасних реаліях розвиток корпорації залежить від ступеня впровадження в її діяльність інноваційних технологій. Визначено інновації як процесу, факторів її виникнення та впливу на успіх корпорації. Розкрито методи і принципи досягнення інноваційного розвитку корпорації. Проаналізовано можливості застосування отриманих результатів при реалізації інноваційної політики на підприємстві та прийнятті відповідних рішень при здійсненні управління інноваційною діяльністю. Вивчено праці, присвячені темі інноваційного розвитку як вітчизняних, так і зарубіжних вчених.
