Abstract
The work is dedicated to explore the reflections of socio-economic and technological
developments on the labour market of Georgia. The issue is important as turbulent transformations
require to rethink economic policies and business strategies. Labor market is mostly sensitive
towards the fast changes. Which specialties and skills are mostly in demand, should be studied as
new business environment needs relevant responses. Emergence of new technologies and their
impact on business foremost is evident by mismatch of skills and jobs.
