dc.description.abstractДипломна робота присвячена вивченню та аналізу регулювання міжнародної міграції кваліфікованих кадрів у контексті глобалізації. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти міграції та її ролі в міжнародних економічних відносинах, проводиться класифікація видів міграції та розглядаються особливості та методи регулювання міжнародної міграції кваліфікованих кадрів. У другому розділі досліджуються особливості регулювання міграції кваліфікованих кадрів в умовах глобалізації, включаючи аналіз міграційних політик країн та оцінку ефективності політики регулювання у високорозвинених країнах. Третій розділ присвячено шляхам удосконалення регулювання міграції кваліфікованих кадрів в умовах глобалізації. Детально аналізуються проблеми регулювання міграції кваліфікованих кадрів в Україні та пропонується модель оптимальної політики регулювання. The thesis is dedicated to the study and analysis of the regulation of international migration of qualified personnel in the context of globalization. The paper explores the theoretical aspects of migration and its role in international economic relations, classifies types of migration, and examines the features and methods of regulating international migration of qualified personnel. The second chapter investigates the peculiarities of regulating the migration of qualified personnel in the conditions of globalization, including an analysis of migration policies of countries and an assessment of the effectiveness of regulation policies in highly developed countries. The third chapter is devoted to improving the regulation of migration of qualified personnel in the context of globalization. It provides a detailed analysis of the problems in regulating the migration of qualified personnel in Ukraine and proposes a model for optimal regulation policy.
