dc.description.abstractУпершому розділі автор дослідив поняття, сутність бізнес середовища та визначивфактори формування бізнес середовища. Також було досліджено складові бізнес-середовища. У другому розіділі було надано характеристику бізнес-середовища за міжнародними рейтингами та проведено дослідження регулювання бізнесу в країнах Центральної та Східної Європи. Автор визначив вплив пандемії COVID-19 на бізнес-середовище Центральної та Східної Європи У третьому розділі дипломної роботи автор сформулював заходи уряду країн Центральної та Східної Європи в частині покращення бізнес-середовища та обгрунтував шляхи покращення бізнес-середовища країн Центральної та Східної Європи в умовах цифровізації. In the first chapter, the author explored the concept and essence of the business environment and determined the factors of business environment formation. The components of the business environment were also investigated. In the second chapter, a description of the business environment according to international ratings was given and a study of business regulation in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe was conducted. The author identified the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the business environment of Central and Eastern Europe. In the third chapter of the thesis, the author formulated the measures of the governments of the Central and Eastern European countries in terms of improving the business environment and substantiated the ways of improving the business environment of the Central and Eastern European countries in the conditions of digitalization.
