dc.description.abstractВ роботі досліджено теоретичні аспекти інноваційної системи та національної інноваційної екосистеми. Розглянуто формування національної інноваційної екосистеми України, оскільки розвиток економіки держави в найближчому майбутньому багато в чому залежатиме від рівня розвитку інноваційної сфери. Досліджено досвід економічного та інноваційного розвитку «азійських тигрів» – Гонконгу, Сінгапуру, Тайваню та Республіки Корея. Проаналізовано передумови до створення національної інноваційної екосистеми Республіки Корея, її сучасного функціонування та майбутнього розвитку. Виокремлено наявні проблеми інноваційних політик обох держав (Південної Кореї та України), а також варіанти їх вирішення. На основі проведеного дослідження було сформовано рекомендації стосовно імпелементації південнокорейскього досвіду розвитку інноваційної національної екосистеми для України. The work examines the theoretical aspects of the innovation system and the national innovation ecosystem. The formation of the national innovation ecosystem of Ukraine is considered, since the development of the national economy in the near future will largely depend on the innovation sphere development level. The experience of economic and innovative growth of the "Asian tigers" - Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and the Republic of Korea are studied. The prerequisites for national innovation ecosystem formation of the Republic of Korea, its current functioning and future development are analyzed. The existing problems of the innovation policies of both states (the Republic of Korea and Ukraine) are highlighted, as well as the possible solutions. On the basis of the study, recommendations on the implementation of the South Korean experience in the development of an innovative national ecosystem for Ukraine were formed.
