dc.description.abstractУ роботі розкрито основні цілі та напрями діяльності МВФ, згруповано та охарактеризовано фінансові інструменти, які використовує МВФ для надання кредитів та технічної допомоги країнам-членам. Також здійснено систематизацію нормативно-правових актів за напрямами співпраці України з МВФ, проведено їх аналіз. Зроблено критичний огляд наукових публікацій щодо проблематики співпраці України з МВФ: зокрема, виділено ключові науковці і найбільш важливі проблеми, які вони досліджують. У роботі визначено та проаналізовано основні форми співпраці України з МВФ. На цій основі було виділено та охарактеризовано основні етапи цієї співпраці. Окремо проведено аналіз співпраці України з МВФ в умовах воєнного стану. Автором було обґрунтовано ключові переваги продовження співпраці України з МВФ, а також досліджено проблеми, які супроводжують таку співпрацю. В роботі обґрунтовано напрями вдосконалення і перспективи щодо співпраці МВФ та України, а також представлено ефект від реалізації запропонованих заходів. The paper describes the main goals and activities of the IMF, summarizes and characterizes the financial instruments used by the IMF to provide loans and technical assistance to member countries. The author also systematizes the legal acts in the field of cooperation between Ukraine and the IMF and analyzes them. Author makes a critical review of scientific publications on the issues of Ukraine's cooperation with the IMF: in particular, key scholars and the most important issues they study are identified. The paper describes and analyzes the main forms of cooperation between Ukraine and the IMF. Based on this, the main stages of this cooperation were determined and characterized. A review of Ukraine's cooperation with the IMF under the military situation is made. The author justified the key advantages of continuing Ukraine's cooperation with the IMF and also studied the problems that accompany such cooperation. The paper substantiates the directions of improvement and prospects for cooperation between the IMF and Ukraine, and also presents the effect of the proposed measures.
