dc.description.abstractВ роботі визначено особливості механізму проведення адміністративно-територіальної реформи та проаналізовано методичні засади формування стратегії розвитку територіальних громад. В межах тематики дослідження розкрито світовий та український досвід управління розвитком територіальних громад та проаналізовано показники соціально-економічного розвитку України, а також здійснено детальний аналіз показників розвитку територіальних громад Полтавської області та Лубенської територіальної громади. Досліджена наявна нормативно- правова база формування стратегії розвитку територіальних громад та вивчено можливості інклюзивного розвитку територіальних громад в умовах воєнного стану. В рекомендаційній частині дослідження розглянуто перспективи повоєнного розвитку громад і територій України на основі вивчення механізмів інноваційної стратегії розвитку Лубенської територіальної громади на 2024-2027 роки. In the work, the features of the mechanism of conducting the administrative-territorial reform were identified, and the methodological foundations for forming the strategy for the development of territorial communities were analyzed. Within the scope of the research, the global and Ukrainian experiences in managing the development of territorial communities were examined, and indicators of socio-economic development of Ukraine were analyzed, as well as a detailed analysis of the development indicators of the territorial communities of Poltava region and Lubny territorial community was conducted. The existing normative-legal base for forming the strategy of development of territorial communities was studied, and the possibilities for inclusive development of territorial communities under martial law conditions were explored. In the recommendation part of the study, the prospects for post-war development of communities and territories of Ukraine based on the study of mechanisms for an innovative development strategy of the Lubny territorial community for the years 2024- 2027 were considered.
