Abstract
Ця бакалаврська робота присвячена вивченню інноваційних механізмів підвищення ефективності систем державної підтримки малих і середніх підприємств (МСП) в Європейському Союзі та їх адаптації до українського контексту. Проаналізовано поточний стан МСП в Україні, зокрема їх структуру, внесок в економіку та основні виклики. Досліджено вплив цифрової трансформації, доступу до фінансування та інтеграції до європейських ринків на розвиток МСП. Дослідження розробляє рекомендації щодо впровадження інноваційних механізмів для покращення доступу до фінансування, цифрової готовності та практики сталого розвитку, сприяючи таким чином конкурентоспроможності та стійкості українських МСП як на внутрішньому, так і на міжнародних ринках.
This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the study of innovative mechanisms for enhancing the effectiveness of state support systems for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the European Union and their adaptation to the Ukrainian context. The current state of SMEs in Ukraine, including their structure, contribution to the economy, and main challenges, has been analyzed. The impact of digital transformation, access to finance, and integration into European markets on SME development is examined. The study develops recommendations for the implementation of innovative mechanisms to improve financial access, digital readiness, and sustainability practices, thereby contributing to the competitiveness and resilience of Ukrainian SMEs in both domestic and international markets.
