dc.description.abstractЗростання обсягів угод злиттів та поглинань стало причиною вибору теми роботи. Дослідження сучасних тенденцій процесів злиттів та поглинань підтверджують, що лідерами M&A ринку є компанії з багаторічним досвідом участі у таких процесів. Група компаній ams OSRAM є однією з них. Під час дослідження були опрацьовані сучасні наукові праці та публікації стосовно процесів M&A, проаналізовані новітні тенденції світового ринку M&A, розглянута організаційно-правова структура та інноваційна діяльність групи компаній ams OSRAM. У результаті дослідження авторка визначила взаємозв’язок між реалізацією стратегії групи компаній та її участю у процесах злиттів та поглинань. Аналіз фінансових показників групи ams OSRAM підтвердив позитивний вплив злиттів та поглинань, проведених у 2020-2021 рр. Також були охарактеризовані перспективи діяльності групи ams OSRAM на сучасному ринку M&A. The growth of mergers and acquisitions was the reason for choosing the topic of the thesis. Studies of modern trends in mergers and acquisitions confirm that the companies with the long-term experience in M&A processes leads the market. ams OSRAM group is one of them. During the research, latest scientific works and publications on M&A were studied, the latest trends in the global M&A market were analyzed, the organizational and legal structure and innovation activities of ams OSRAM group were considered. As a result of the research, the author identified the relation between the implementation of the group's strategy and its participation in mergers and acquisitions. The analysis of the financial results of ams OSRAM group confirmed the positive impact of mergers and acquisitions conducted in 2020-2021. The prospects of ams OSRAM group in today's M&A market were also presented.
