Abstract
This bachelor thesis explores the critical intersections of state energy policy and economic development in Ukraine. Amidst significant geopolitical tensions and technological advancements, the study focuses on evaluating the impact and effectiveness of energy policy decisions on the Ukrainian economy. By providing a framework to analyze how various energy policies affect economic and environmental variables over time, the research utilizes dynamic modeling, stock-flow modeling, and feedback loops modeling using Vensim to construct detailed simulations. The findings offer a comprehensive understanding of the determinants of energy policy effectiveness, particularly under unique challenges such as targeted infrastructure attacks. The study provides valuable insights and recommendations for policymakers, aiming to enhance energy security, foster economic growth, and build resilience in Ukraine's energy sector.
