dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню основ фінансового моніторингу для вдосконалення механізмів та підвищення якості банківських послуг. Проаналізовано процеси організації та функціонування системи фінансового моніторингу в банківській установі, виявлено основні проблеми та недоліки, пов’язані з недосконалістю наявних механізмів контролю. Обґрунтовано можливі інноваційні підходи щодо посилення ефективності фінансового моніторингу та сформовано практичні рекомендації щодо удосконалення системи фінансового моніторингу з використанням сучасних технологій з метою запобігання фінансовим злочинам, підвищення прозорості операцій та зміцнення довіри клієнтів до банківської установи. The qualification bachelor’s thesis is devoted to the study of the basics of financial monitoring to improve mechanisms and improve the quality of banking services. The processes of organization and functioning of the financial monitoring system in a banking institution are analyzed, the main shortcomings and threats associated with the imperfection of existing control mechanisms are identified. Possible innovative approaches to enhancing the effectiveness of financial monitoring are substantiated and practical recommendations are formulated to improve the financial monitoring system using modern technologies in order to prevent financial crimes, increase the transparency of operations and strengthen customer trust in the banking institution.
