dc.description.abstractУ кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено засади функціонування страхового посередництва та перспективи його розвитку в Україні. Розкрито сутність і повноваження страхових агентів і брокерів, проаналізовано нормативно-правове забезпечення їх діяльності та відповідність стандартам ЄС. Визначено конкурентні переваги посередників і їхню роль у реалізації страхових послуг. Досліджено світові моделі організації діяльності та можливості їх застосування в Україні. Проаналізовано показники діяльності страхових посередників за 2021–2025 рр., окреслено проблеми та запропоновано напрями розвитку страхового посередництва. The thesis examines the foundations of insurance intermediation and prospects for its development in Ukraine. It reveals the essence and functions of insurance agents and brokers, analyzes the regulatory framework of their activities and compliance with EU standards. The competitive advantages of intermediaries and their role in delivering insurance services are defined. Global models of agents’ and brokers’ operations are studied with an assessment of their applicability in Ukraine. Key performance indicators of insurance intermediaries for 2021–2025 are analyzed, main challenges identified, and directions for further development of insurance intermediation proposed.
