Abstract
У статті розкрито повоєнні перспективи розвитку фондового ринку України. Дляцього авторами проаналізовано довоєнний та сучасний стан розвитку фондового ринку в Україні: обсяги операцій з цінними паперами у розрізі їх видів, інфраструктуру українського фондового ринку, історичні та сучасні проблеми, що стримують його розвиток. На основі аналізу світового досвіду та можливостей впровадження в Україні обґрунтовано пріоритети та напрями розвитку фондового ринку після закінчення військових дій. Визначено також основні заходи з вирішення існуючих проблем розвитку фондового ринку, запропоновано рекомендації щодо їх пом’якшення.
The object of the research was the stock market of Ukraine, and the subject was the process of its post-war development. The purpose of this article is to substantiate the directions (vectors) of the post-war development of the stock market in Ukraine. To do this, the authors analyzed the pre-war and current state of the development of the stock market in Ukraine: the volume of transactions with securities by their types, the infrastructure of the Ukrainian stock market, permanent and modern problems restraining its development. The main directions of solving the existing problems of the development of the stock market were also determined, and recommendations for their mitigation were offered.
