dc.description.abstractРобота присвячена дослідженню процесу функціонування фондових бірж в умовах глобалізаційних викликів на прикладі Лондонської міжнародної фондової біржі. Висвітлено сутність поняття «міжнародна фондова біржа» з позицій різних науково-методичних підходів. В рамках дослідження генези етапів розвиту фондового ринку проаналізовано формування Лондондонської біржі на протязі кількох століть. Окрему увагу в роботі було приділено ролі банків та взаємному впливу фінансового та фондового ринку. Проаналізовані регіональні особливості ринку Великобританії та ЄС. Розглянуто впровадження на LSE новітніх технологій - штучного інтелекту, аналітики великих даних та хмарних обчислень. The work is devoted to the study of the process of functioning of stock exchanges in the conditions of globalization challenges using the example of the London International Stock Exchange. The essence of the concept of «international stock exchange» is highlighted from the standpoint of various scientific and methodological approaches. As part of the study of the genesis of the stages of the development of the stock market, the formation of the London Stock Exchange over the course of several centuries was analyzed. Particular attention was paid to the role of banks and the mutual influence of the financial and stock markets. Regional features of the UK and EU markets are analyzed. The implementation of the latest technologies at LSE - artificial intelligence, big data analytics and cloud computing - was considered.
